This review is from: Smart Cord 20IN Straight Direct Connect (Office Product) This is an excellent product that connects the headset to a normal corded handset - which is mandatory in a "need to be secured"environment. You will need an inline coupler if you you are moving around a lot and not just sitting or standing by the phone. The quality of the sound is limited by the coupler connection, however, have gone through a couple of those... But nothing like this in the retail outlets at all for under $200.00 and lots of hardware...
