(Electronics) After reading multiple reviews around the internet on Safemart, I decided to purchase an alarm from them. They exceeded my expectations! Every review I read said how great their customer service was, but I have to admit I was blown away. It is not common these days that you find a company that no matter who you talk to is top notch!Installation was a breeze, their site has many videos that walk you through each step. Their website also has some troubleshooting steps if you get stuck. Activation was quick and painless. Just had to make sure the system was talking to the monitoring station and then they answer any questions you might have about how it all works and walk you through the features. The coolest feature of the system is the website and iPhone app! I love being able to login to the web page and see a history of what doors are opened and when.. If after searching the sites "knowledge base" you still have a question the tech. people are there. They do not turn you away. Once you have installed your system they set up a date to check it out real time and give you more info on use. If the date they make does not suit you no problem, they satisfy you, not them. It will be changed for you. After the tech. person and you are satisfied they give you 72 hours to play with it to become familar with arm/disarm and so on but they do not respond to alarms until the 72 hour period is up. They tell you the date and time it goes live. To install additional sensors is easy... you have the install codes and the "knowledge Base" info is golden. Anyone can do this. No strangers going through your home seeing everything you own, no waiting for the "installer" to show up. Be advised the XT system supports 40 sensors, more than some others so you have room... (Electronics) I purchased the wireless alarm system recently. I did everything over the phone and computer. Incredibly easy! I installed the entire system in just over an hour testing each component as I went along. The whole experience - from ordering the right components; shipment; instructions; installation; system set-up - was as smooth as silk! The components come labeled to where they need to go and everything is already programmed into the system. I recommend this to everyone. The system itself is the easiest system I have ever used and it is not tied into your home line (wireless), so they can cut your phone lines all they want - you're still protected. No messy drilling and pulling wires - everything is double stick tape. I will be adding components to my system - without a doubt! |
